1. Introduction

2. Orders and Contract Formation

Once we receive your order, we will send an order confirmation by email. A binding purchase agreement is formed only when we have accepted your order and issued the order confirmation.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order in certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect information has been provided.
  • Payment cannot be processed.
  • Fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected.

Products that are temporarily out of stock are not automatically reserved for future delivery. If a product becomes available again, a new order must be placed.

The final price payable will always be shown before you complete your purchase and will also be included in your order confirmation.

While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, obvious pricing errors caused by technical issues, system malfunctions, or typographical mistakes are not binding. If such an error occurs, we will contact you before processing the order.

Payment may be made using the payment methods available on the Website at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change, add, or remove payment options without prior notice.

7. Delivery

Orders are shipped using the delivery methods available during checkout.

Applicable shipping charges are displayed before the order is completed.

Estimated delivery times are shown on the Website and may vary depending on product availability, destination, and selected shipping method.

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be completed within 30 days from the date we confirm your order.

If a delay occurs, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive delivery information from the carrier regarding collection or delivery arrangements.

You are responsible for collecting your parcel within the timeframe specified by the carrier.

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of SEK 249 to cover return shipping and handling costs.

8. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us before the cancellation period expires.

You may inspect the product to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality in the same way you would in a physical store. However, if the product has been used beyond what is necessary for such inspection, we may deduct an amount corresponding to any loss in value.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken.
  • Products with a short shelf life.
  • Sealed audio, video, or software products that have been opened.
  • Digital content delivered electronically once delivery has begun with your consent.

Where a product is exempt from the right of withdrawal, this will be clearly indicated before purchase.

Returned goods must be sent back no later than 14 days after you notify us of your decision to cancel.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs and for the condition of the product until it reaches us.

Upon approval of the return, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery charges where applicable.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or evidence that it has been sent back.

9. Extended Returns and Exchanges

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy.

Products must be returned in substantially unchanged condition and in accordance with our return instructions.

The same return procedures described under the Right of Withdrawal section apply to exchanges and voluntary returns.

Certain products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty or another voluntary warranty.

To make a warranty claim, valid proof of purchase must be provided.

Under Swedish consumer law, the right to complain about defects applies for up to three years from the date of delivery.

We recommend inspecting products immediately upon receipt and reporting any shipping damage directly to the carrier.

To submit a complaint, please contact our customer service team and follow the return instructions provided.

If your complaint is approved, we may:

  • Repair the product.
  • Replace the product with a new item.
  • Offer a price reduction.
  • Provide a full or partial refund.

If our inspection shows that the product is not defective under applicable law, the complaint may be rejected.

Consumers in Sweden may also submit disputes to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

Any dispute arising between businesses shall be settled by the competent Swedish courts.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sweden.
