Right of Withdrawal for Products

Open purchase is valid for 14 days from the date you receive your order.

The product must be in original condition, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.

You may use the Swedish Consumer Agency’s withdrawal form (PDF) when returning items.
Returning Products

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

We can arrange DHL return shipping for 69 SEK, which will be deducted from your refund (requires access to a printer).

Always keep your shipping receipt – you are responsible for ensuring the package reaches us.

Returns and Complaints

Private individuals exercising their right of withdrawal pay the return shipping costs themselves.

If the product is defective or damaged, we cover the return shipping and refund what you paid for the item, provided we cannot send a replacement within a reasonable time.

All returns and complaints must have an approved return or complaint number.
How to Return

Complete all fields in the return form carefully.

The return number is valid for 14 days, and the product must reach us within this period.

We will contact you via email once your request has been received and checked.
Packaging and Condition

All products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.

Always use outer packaging to protect the original packaging.

Pack the products securely to avoid damage during transport.

Include a copy of the return confirmation inside the package.
NOTE! Returns sent to us without approved return confirmation or complaint number will not be accepted.
