1. Do you ship to all of Sweden?

Yes! We deliver orders throughout Sweden. Depending on your location and the available shipping options, you can choose the delivery method that suits you best at checkout.

2. How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 1–5 business days from the date of purchase. Please check the estimated delivery time on the individual product page.

If a product is out of stock on our website, it may still be available at our store in Gothenburg. Products that need to be ordered may therefore take a few additional days to deliver. If your order contains products with different delivery times and you would like to receive certain items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

If there is any delay in delivery, we will contact you by email or phone. In the event of a delivery delay, you have the right to cancel your purchase.

3. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, you have 14 days to return or exchange an item from the date you receive it. The product must be unused, in substantially unchanged condition, and all original labels must still be attached.

The item must be securely packaged, preferably in its original packaging and together with any accessories. The return shipping cost is paid by the customer, and returns must be sent as a Business Parcel to Indian Food House AB. Please keep your shipping receipt, as you are responsible for the return shipment until it has been delivered to us.

For faster processing, we recommend stating the reason for the return and including a copy of your invoice. For returns, exchanges or complaints, we follow the Swedish Consumer Agency's regulations for e-commerce.
